Order and pay for your tickets here.

  1. Use our secure server to order your tickets.
  2. Choose the section where you wish to be seated from the seating chart below.
  3. For information about a performance click on the name of the performance.
  4. To order tickets click on the price that corresponds to the performance and section. The tickets will be added to your cart.
  5. If you need more than one ticket change the quantity in your shopping cart and click the "Update" button. The quantity and total will be updated.
  6. For additional tickets for other perfomaces click the "Continue Shopping" button on the cart and you will be returned to this page.
  7. Continue this process until you have all the tickets you need in your cart.
  8. The cart will instruct you on how to check out.
  9. Your tickets will be mailed to you or you may pick them up at the door on the day of the performance.

MENDOCINO MUSIC FESTIVAL PRIVACY POLICY

For your security, our web based ticket ordering process utilizes an advanced technology known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This technology ensures that all sales transaction information is transferred via encrypted methods.

All orders require a Visa, or MasterCard. Upon submitting an order, all credit card numbers and related information are transmitted using the encryption methods described above. While in the shopping cart you should be able to verify the security status by clicking on the closed lock icon at the end of the URL address bar of your browser.

MENDOCINO MUSIC FESTIVAL RETURN POLICY

There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases. If you purchase tickets and are unable to attend the concert (or concerts), please donate your tickets back for resale. You can call the ticket office at 707 937-4041 to arrange a tax-deductible donation for returned tickets.

Privacy Notice
For site management, information is collected for statistical purposes.
The Mendocino Music Festival uses software programs to create summary statistics for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest or identifying system performance or problem areas.
If you place an order with us or create an account the personal information collected is only used to fulfill your order and correspond with you directly. No personal information will ever be sold or offered to any outside source.
